Summer flat meetings
The Summer flat season at Newbury Racecourse takes place between May and September, combining the best racing on track with first class hospitality facilities – and hopefully some sunshine.
Saturday 17th May is Juddemont Lockinge Day, the highlight of Newbury's flat racing season featuring the Group 1 Juddmonte Lockinge Stakes, one of the best races for milers in the country. As well as the racing action there'll be plenty of entertainment off the track. An ideal day to get some friends or colleagues together to enjoy this great day out.

The Hospitality
The Royal Box
Quite possibly the finest entertaining facility in racing. Available for selected dates only (please enquire by calling on the number above, or completing this enquiry form). The Royal Box has its own private entrance, manned by the Corps of Commissionaire, with stunning views across Newbury Racecourse. Minimum guest numbers of 40 people are ideal for The Royal Box facility.

Mill reef suites
The Mill Reef Suites are located next to the Hampshire Stand. This superb private single storey hospitality facility can cater for groups of 16 to 300 people.
With a spacious viewing deck and positioned adjacent to the track just beyond the winning post, your party will benefit from quick and easy access to the parade ring and close up views of the horses galloping past the winning post.

Private Boxes
All private boxes at Newbury Racecourse have tremendous views of the race track, each with a balcony overlooking the course. Every box is fully serviced with: lifts, cloakrooms & Tote betting facilities. They are self-contained with a bar, TVs, CCTV and PA system. Groups of a minimum of 16 guests are accommodated comfortably, but they can be extended to cater for larger parties up to 100.

Pre-Parade Ring Pavilions
The Pre - Parade Ring Pavilions at Newbury Racecourse are exceptionally stylish and atmospheric and each one has its own garden area. Your guests are in the centre of the action and can watch the horses being prepared for their race. The Pavilions can be taken as individual units seating 40 guests or opened to one large area seating 220 guests in style.

Restaurants
The Hennessy Restaurant
The Hennessy Restaurant on the second floor of the Hampshire Stand offers unrivalled panoramic views of the final furlong and winning post. This has been achieved by the installation of special architectural glazing enclosing the terraced viewing areas, where smaller tables for 4 and 2 have been located.
With a design interior akin to a top London restaurant, every detail has had the upmost attention paid to it ensuring a most memorable day.
Racegoers’ Restaurant
Located on the second floor of the Grandstand, the restaurant is glass sided on three sides and provides excellent views of the racetrack.
