Chester Racecourse corporate hospitality packages are an ideal way to celebrate that special occasion, entertain clients or just have a great day out with family or friends.

The season begins with the famous three day May Festival putting Chester in the racing spotlight nationally. Months have been spent preparing the turf for the May Festival at Chester Races; the horses, the jockeys, not to mention the racegoers outfits, and the stage is set for three days of great racing featuring the Chester Cup on Wednesday, the Chester Vase on Thursday, which is also Ladies’ Day, and culminating on Friday with the historic Ormonde Stakes.

Private Boxes

Located in the County and Leverhulme Stand each box has a private balcony with views across the Course. The smallest box will accommodate a minimum of 10 guests with the largest box seating 40. The majority of Chester’s boxes are let on an annual basis however boxes do become available to hire on an ad-hoc basis during the Season.

The Festival Chalets and Paddock Rooms

FESTIVAL CHALETS

In addition to the Final Furlong Restaurant the Festival Chalets make up Chester’s tented village which is adjacent to the final furlong of the race track and gives guests the opportunity to stand by the running rail as the horses gallop past, so close you can feel the ground shudder.

During the May Festival the minimum number required per chalet is 30 guests, up to a maximum of 40 (or multiples thereof), at other meetings the minimum is 24 guests to a maximum of 40 per chalet (or multiples thereof).

THE PADDOCK ROOMS

The Paddock, the heart of the Racecourse, is the place to see a kaleidoscope of horses, bookies and jockeys. The Paddock Rooms are perfectly situated overlooking the Parade Ring, giving you the choice of dining in your private suite and relaxing on the private patio and when you’re ready, joining the melee of the Paddock’s racegoing crowd.

Final Furlong Restaurant

The glamorous Final Furlong Restaurant is, in addition to the Festival Chalets, also located in the tented village. Patrons of the Final Furlong dine inside the restaurant and then during racing are able to stroll to the rails of the race track to watch the thrilling action in the final minutes of the races.

The Final Furlong Restaurant offers excellent dining, a Champagne reception and a complimentary bar throughout the day. The tables are configured in groups of 10, although parties of any size can be accommodated; smaller parties, however, might have to share a table.
