Knavesmire Stand Boxes

The main box area is the award winning Knavesmire Stand that was opened in 1996 and has won Civic Trust and RIBA awards to add to its place in the affections of the York racegoers, such is its popularity that most boxes are repeat booked year on year. Tote facilities dedicated to the boxes are close at hand. These fourth floor boxes, each with a private balcony and breathtaking views across the home straight have a capacity of 20, 40 or 50 (with a minimum of 15 guests).
Ebor Restaurant
The wh
ole of the fourth floor of the Ebor Stand is devoted to this luxurious dining experience. Spectacular floor to ceiling windows, grandstand balcony, as well as a terrace with views of the Parade Ring will make guests feel part of the excitement.
A gourmet buffet and carvery will serve lunch and afternoon tea and will provide the opportunity to enjoy a meal at your own pace and mingle with fellow guests.
This dining experience builds on the popular format used in the Voltigeur Restaurant by adding a champagne reception, a selection of fine wines, complimentary bar and special dishes into the all inclusive price.
Private tables are available for groups of 10 guests, smaller groups will be accomodated on shared tables.
The Winning Post Pavilions
New in 2009 for the first time ever York Racecourse created a pavilion facility in the middle of the course overlooking the winning post.
This sensational location is bound to be much sought after and will offer an unrivalled view and atmosphere combination.
Roberto Pavilion

This location proved so popular with racegoers at both Royal Ascot at York and the Ladbrokes St Leger Festival that the racecourse have added it to our options for every raceday.
This double deck pavilion also has exclusive use of a decking area with views of the track as well as dedicated tote and cloakroom facilities.
For a single price per head you gain access to the Roberto Pavilion itself as well as to the wider County Stand including the Champagne Terrace, and will enjoy a full hospitality package of Champagne reception, morning coffee, four course luncheon, afternoon tea and complimentary bar.
The Roberto Pavilion, with its views of the home straight, may be hired as a private facility for 100 upstairs, 80 downstairs or the entire capacity of 180. Tables of 10 are available, however, there is no minimum booking requirement for this luxury venue between the Knavesmire and Bustardthorpe Stands.
Voltigeur Restaurant
Designed to combine the luxury of a restaurant with the spectacle of racing, this facility delivers a unique ‘Dine & View’ hospitality package for smaller parties or individuals.

An exclusive facility at the heart of the racecourse.
This popular facility offers easy access to the Clock Tower banking giving panoramic views of the track, especially the final furlong and Winning Post. It provides a day of luxury at an all inclusive price and the flexible nature of the Hospitality Club means that parties of all sizes are welcome. Please note that there is no direct view of the racing.
