Newbury
Newbury Racecourse is one of the top horseracing venues in the UK and is nearly 100 years old, set amidst over 320 acres of the most picturesque Berkshire countryside.
The Berkshire venue is home to one of the jump season's great races, the Hennessy Cognac Gold Cup held at the end of November. The summer highlight is the Juddmonte Lockinge Stakes. The course offers 28 days of quality racing in 2012 with first class facilities as well as great views of the course from all areas.
The racecourse and its extensive buildings, including the Lord Foster designed Grandstand and the Hennessy Restaurant in the Hampshire Stand, are some of the finest on any racecourse in the country.
