Silks @ Final Furlong

Located within the Festival Village this private 180 seater chalet is the ideal location in which to entertain.   Guests have easy access to the Parade Ring and also a private viewing area along the rails allowing you to watch the thrilling action unfold within the final furlong.  Bookings can be made for a minimum of 2 guests, with private tables available for parties of 10 or 12. 
To celebrate Ladies Day on Thursday, Channel 4 presenter and racing pundit Derek Thompson will be host for the day and there will be live music and a post racing party within the facility. 



Festival Chalets and The Paddock Rooms

FESTIVAL CHALETS

In addition to the Final Furlong Restaurant the Festival Chalets make up Chester’s tented village which is adjacent to the final furlong of the race track and gives guests the opportunity to stand by the running rail as the horses gallop past, so close you can feel the ground shudder.

During the May Festival the minimum number required per chalet is 30 guests, up to a maximum of 40 (or multiples thereof).

THE PADDOCK ROOMS

The Paddock, the heart of the Racecourse, is the place to see a kaleidoscope of horses, bookies and jockeys. The Paddock Rooms are perfectly situated overlooking the Parade Ring, giving you the choice of dining in your private suite and relaxing on the private patio and when you’re ready, joining the melee of the Paddock’s racegoing crowd.

Minimum booking 24 guests – maximum 30. 



General Meetings

Private Boxes

Located in the County and Leverhulme Stand each box has a private balcony with views across the Course.  The smallest box will accommodate a minimum of 10 guests with the largest box seating 40.  The majority of Chester’s boxes are let on an annual basis however boxes do become available to hire on an ad-hoc basis during the Season.

In addition to the Final Furlong Restaurant the Festival Chalets make up Chester’s tented village which is adjacent to the final furlong of the race track and gives guests the opportunity to stand by the running rail as the horses gallop past, so close you can feel the ground shudder. 

Excluding the May Festival the minimum number required per chalet is 24 guests, up to a maximum of 40 or multiples thereof. (Minimum of 30 guests required during the May Festival)

Final Furlong Restaurant

The glamorous Final Furlong Restaurant is, in addition to the Festival Chalets, also located in the tented village. Patrons of the Final Furlong dine inside the restaurant and then during racing are able to stroll to the rails of the race track to watch the thrilling action in the final seconds of the races.

The Final Furlong Restaurant offers excellent dining, with a buffet style lunch serving fresh Seafood, salads and Carved Meats. The tables are configured in groups of 10, although parties of any size can be accommodated; smaller parties, however, might have to share a table.
