Private Boxes

A private box provides you and your guests with the opportunity to enjoy everything that Ascot Racecourse has to offer from an exclusive setting. The Grandstand houses 262 private boxes, all of which have stunning views across the Racecourse. Some are positioned close to the track, past the Winning Post with a head-on view of the action, while others are situated before the Winning Post to catch the horses as they race past to the finish.  Private boxes are generally available at most meetings, though they can be in high demand during festivals and feature meetings.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements, we will be delighted to provide you with information and pricing for your special event.

A single Box will accommodate a minimum of 12 guests for a seated menu or 18 for a buffet, double boxes require a minimum of 24 for a seated menu or 36 for a buffet. 

Old Paddock Chalets

Located in the Old Paddock area, each chalet has a private terrace on the edge of the track that looks towards the Grandstand. These luxurious marquees are available for parties of 20 - 50 guests (or multiples thereof) and are available during the month of July only.

Queen Anne Rooms

Ideal for entertaining a private party of friends, family, clients or colleagues, the Queen Anne Rooms consist of six individually decorated dining rooms that can accommodate groups of between 10 and 40 guests. Some of these exquisite rooms have private balconies overlooking the Plaza Lawns.
